On 3/3/2022 I went into Nobile Shoes on my lunch break at work hoping to maybe find a pair of shoes that fit. When I walked into the store, I asked for Katrina because she answered my questions when I called ahead of time to find out what to expect when I went there in person. Luckily, she was available to help me right away and there was no wait. The first thing I requested was to get my feet measured to find out my exact shoe size. Then Katrina went to the back room to get boxes of shoes for me to try on. When she came back, she was carrying at least six boxes of shoes. I tried most of the shoes on and walked around in them, but they either weren't all black like I preferred or just didn't quite feel right. Katrina ended up finding me a pair of New Balance M860 shoes (size 12 4E) in all black, that she had to dig out of the back room, and they fit perfect. Thanks to her knowledge and expertise, she provided the best customer service I have ever received when shopping for a new pair of shoes. Katrina listened and, in the end, exceeded my expectations of what a shoe buying experience could be like. It's been almost a month since my purchase and the New Balance M860 shoes have helped reduce my foot fatigue. My previous pair of shoes that I bought online were not wide like I now know I needed and as Katrina explained because they weren't wide enough, they had to be a size bigger. I am so glad I found Nobile Shoes and I plan on buying my next pair of shoes here.

I went in to Nobile shoes with a shoe already in mind. Derek gave more recommendations after hearing my ideas, learning about my daily job requirements, and observing my walking habits. I work in the medical field and was confident in Dereks ability. Sandy helped me go through the different recommendations while explaining the benefits and support styles of each shoe. She also evaluated my walk in each shoe so I could make the best decision possible. I will be returning to Nobile shoes for my next pair!
